Why I'm building this

I've spent more than a decade on the nonprofit side and years working alongside companies, moving between these worlds and seeing both up close.

Again and again, I saw smart people trying to solve the same problems without the language, tools or access to truly understand one another. Good intentions existed on both sides, but so did missed connections, missed opportunities and very different ways of seeing value.

That's what drew me to the space between them: between business and social impact, people and institutions, ambition and access, those already in the room and those still trying to find their way in.

I'm curious about what becomes possible when the right people, ideas and worlds finally meet. That's the space B2NGO comes from. And I believe serious work can be done with joy and kindness.

I built. I changed. I became.

Now I want to use what I've learned to help shape a different reality.
